Deon Fields has been with us from the beginning. Deon brings a wealth of experience to our team and has been vital to the success of our establishment. His background in all aspects of front-of-house operations allows him to move from one task to another seamlessly. We credit him with the reputation we have earned on the quality of our cocktails and he can easily shift from behind the bar to host, waiting tables and managing the overall customer experience. He has a degree of reliability and dedication that is hard to find.
Our original Head Chef, Chante' Worrell, played a integral role in shaping our culinary identity. From the very beginning, she took charge of creating our menu, infusing it with her culinary expertise and innovative flair. We remain indebted to the work she did and how she helped our business grow from the very start. Although she moved on to new adventures in January 2024, we will always remember her contribution to our initial growth.
We have since welcomed a new Head Chef, Kerwin Cooper, who has spring-boarded off the menu that was in place and is currently introducing new dishes that we are very excited to add to our offering. Chef Cooper is introducing us to new flavors while keeping the high standards that we set from the beginning. He brings with him a passion for culinary excellence and is excited to further develop his skills as our business continues to grow.
